« We came up to visit our son at UC Merced and this place was perfect! So much better than a hotel! The neighborhood is safe and allowed us to cook our own meals and play games as a family. Check in was simple and property owner answered all my questions! We would for sure stay again! »

« The house was adequate. It was very clean, though it had a slightly musty smell upon arrival. Opening the windows solved that problem quickly. The kitchen has been nicely updated but other parts of the house felt dated and there were a few amenities that could have made the stay more comfortable, for example kitchen dish towels, and a new shower head for the hallway bathroom. The patio furniture was also pretty rickety. The host did provide a brand new sponge, dish soap, and dishwasher...

« 5 stars! Perfect place for me and my 2 tweens while visiting Yosemite. Loved having the convenience of the EV charger and soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Anthony was a super host, appreciated his clear communication and you tube tutorials, and all the amenities for a successful trip. Would definitely stay here again! »

« The house was very big a spacious, however the bathe rooms were not cleaned properly, the sofa had candy nerds all over the cushions, the lawn, brush. Bushes and weeds were over grown all over the property. I did take photos and send to the property manager the owner messaged me to let me know the price reflected the property he did offer to send a cleaning crew (like that’s what we wanted at check in) we cleaned it ourselves. Note if you want the whole house you must pay for 11 people I booked...

« This little house was simply adorable. From the bunnies and turkeys to the front porch. It was perfect after long days in the park. Excellent location to multiple entrances. My only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains, especially for visitors coming from the east coast. It stayed light so long and it was difficult to fall asleep. We used one of the many blankets to create a darker shade so not even a huge problem. The house is fully stocked, popcorn, coolers, hiking stick,...
