'Great hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was amazing every morning. The owners were fantastic, they had recommendations for things to do, we were able to rent a motorbike through them and even get our bus back to Hanoi booked through them. If it had been warmer during our visit the pool would have been great too. The location was perfect, it was quiet at night but close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. '

The room had all the facilities and however the hotel was quite big, it all feels very personal. The manager, Jimmy, is a nice guy, as well as the staff who will do everything to make your stay worthwhile. 'It was a special treat to stay here. If you have a motorbike and want to stay out of the crowds of tam coc for part of your visit it’s an easy 25 minute ride to all points of interest there. The place is full of amazing ponds that look like a fairy tale. We spent 2 nights and were the only guests. They made us dinner both nights. The hosts were amazing. The pool is giant and deep, but was empty and being cleaned. I loved the stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants some piece and quiet...

'I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever. The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future.
