'Clean and comfortable. Boring in the best possible way. Close to downtown but removed from the urban disorder. This hotel is a quiet, peaceful retreat from the gloom and grit of Spokane. Also, probably one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've even seen at this modest hotel price point. Finally, I was booked for 7 nights but only needed 6, and the woman at the front desk very kindly initiated a refund for the last night with Expedia. All in all a simple, cozy, friendly place.'

'Clean room easy check-in'

'We chose the Blue room, and it was lovely! Very comfortable, and we enjoyed the decoration. I was hesitant to reserve, as it was our first B&B, but I am glad we did! I felt comfortable throughout, enjoyed the feel of being in a home. Breakfast was on time, and was perfect . Coffee was really good. We plan on returning in the future. Plus, it is close to all kinds of great food and colleges, as we were there to watch football.'

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...
