'Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend. There were no elevators in either building. If you have...

'Restaurant staff , food . Service was very very good. Close to amenities , walkable. Had small issue with the tv but staff fixed immediately , and was pleasant doing it.'

'Fine modernised hotel at walking distance from the citycenter but somewhat isolated near the harbour. Fine service, well trained staff, good breakfast. Less than 10 minutes from the ferry to Digby which was very convenient given the rather early daily departure.'

'Overall we were happy with our stay. The bathroom however in our room definitely needs an update. It’s old, shower doors need replacing (rusty frames) and the toilet is extremely low to the floor'

'Ook wij kregen de upgrade van de goedkope kamer naar de queen beds. Mooie kamer, de houten inrichging stoort niet. Netjes gebouwd, met een gedeelde overdekte veranda voor alle kamers. winkels vlak bij. Reversing falls op 5 minuutjes met de auto, dus je kunt (moet!) op verschillende tijden een blik werpen.'

'Er wordt ontbijt aangeboden, meer een Canadees ontbijt. Jammer van plastic bestek met uiteraard de wegwerpcups. Direct aan een drukke weg, wat in de nacht zeker meevalt. De kamer is gigantisch groot. Ontbijt in een weekend of fst dag kun je niet gebruiken als je met de ferry van 8.00 gaat, omdat je 1 uur tevoren daar moet zijn. Het ontbijt is dan niet om 6, maar vanaf 7 beschikbaar. '
