« Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were some issues that maintenance needs to fix. We had no communication at all with anyone except when I called the emergency number because the key didn’t work but even then, I think that was a call service. They did get someone out to fix the lock in a few hours but we needed someone to stay behind to be there and they missed out on the evening’s events. « Great location, nice apartment. Poor communication with owner they don’t reply back for extended periods of time. Never replied back to the fact that the door doesn’t latch on the apartment unless it’s locked. »

« This was a perfect place to spend a weekend in Sandusky. Very responsive hosts, property as expected, clean and well-stocked. In walking distance of anything you might want, and right on the bay. Beautiful view! »

« The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. It was off season for the island, last ferry off the Island was 6:30pm. We were cutting it very close if we were going to have to leave because we could not...

« We stayed here while in town for a funeral and it was the perfect space to host an after gathering. Layout is great. Beds are so comfy that i requested information to purchase one. Bathrooms have high end ammentities and toilets/bidet. Rooftop patio has great view but unfortunately i was there in winter so we couldnt utilize it. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and up to date appliances. This by far met our expectations and we will return. »
