Perfect location in Pocasset

My daughter, three grandchildren (10, 8 & 6), and I spent the long Memorial weekend here because we were attending a family gathering in the area. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, and the location was so close to the ocean. We all loved it and hope to return again soon!

Great house

The house was clean, has everything in the kitchen we needed. Walked to the beach. The furniture is dated but it was ok. Didn’t Annie too much. Can’t wait to book it again.

Roomy house & great location!

This house was clean and had all amenities to support our family trip! Easy access to cape just over bridge, beaches (<5 mi from Old Silver), restaurants, ice cream, etc.. Would def com back again!

Hen Cove cutie

This was a sweet cottage, ideally located for a family vacation with grandparents to teens and toddlers. The grandparents were comfortable playing cards and walking the short distance to the beach to watch boats and fly kites while the house was centrally located to old silver beach ( 12 minute drive), mini golf, ice cream and Falmouth center for the rest of the family. The house was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival - very clean and user friendly. Only complaint was that the coffee maker was broken - there's a Keurig, but we didn't have pods so we got creative. I would definitely recommend the house and stay there again.

Cottage was a little stale smelling upon entering, once we opened up some windows, doors and turned on fans the musty old lady smell went away. Plenty of space and a huge bonus room to our surprise in basement, Wish the kitchen had a full set of clean pots and pans.

Could have been great

House itself and location were great. Washing machine was broken upon arrival and the management company couldn’t have cared less. Had I been notified beforehand I would have packed accordingly, and I certainly wouldn’t have loaded the machine and added detergent - forcing me to haul the load up two flights of stairs and hand wash in the bathtub (none of which was on my vacation agenda). WiFi was spotty and I had absolutely no cell service. Still had a great vacation, but expected more in terms of functioning amenities and guest service for the cost. Wouldn’t recommend a vacasa property based on this experience, and won’t stay in one again myself.

Lovely home + neighborhood

The house itself was incredible! AC was strong, the space inside was clean and wonderful to spend time in. There's a beautiful view of water and plenty of driveway parking space. The neighborhood was incredibly friendly as well, and as mentioned is a short walk to a beach (not necessarily ideal for swimming since it can be rocky at points, but still great and very close to many other beaches as well). Couldn't have chosen a better place and it was a lovely introduction to Cape Cod. Recommend to all!

Cute Cape Cod Cotttage

Loved my time at this cute cottage. Home was very clean, especially being dog-friendly. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and it really is only a 3 minute walk to beach. Definitely will book again.

Brewfest

We stayed here to go to brewfest and it was a perfect location! Only 15 minutes from the fairground and had beach access at the end of the street for those who wanted to go swimming. It definitely got hot in the house without the windows open, but it was a great spot for the weekend!

Delightful visit at Hen Cove

Our family of five with boys 16,12 and 10 plus our dog had a great stay at this delightful cottage. With much more room than appears on the website, we had space for everyone and the location was absolutely perfection. Quick walk to the beach, beautiful biking and quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to a return!
