The Space:

Our charming Studio Verga is a characterful studio that combines the charm of a traditional Catania building with colourful, contemporary interiors. Botanical wallpaper, a vivid blue bedspread and a mustard-yellow sofa create a warm, playful setting for your stay.



The main room brings together a double bed and a comfortable sofa, giving you a welcoming space to rest after exploring the city. The studio accommodates up to three guests and is well suited to couples, friends or a small family.



A separate kitchen with a compact dining area makes it easy to enjoy breakfast at home or prepare a relaxed meal with local ingredients. It includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and tableware.



The bathroom adds its own decorative touches, with a countertop basin, wooden accents and patterned finishes. Towels, bed linen, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided.



A balcony opens the studio to the surrounding city, while air conditioning and Wi-Fi help you feel comfortable throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Tilia is ideally located in Catania, just a short walk from iconic landmarks like Piazza Duomo and Via Etnea. Immerse yourself in the rich history with nearby museums, amphitheaters, and churches. For a day at the beach, Playa is only 1 km away, accessible by a new pedestrian and bike path. The neighborhood offers a vibrant mix of history, baroque architecture, and local culture, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration.



Getting Around:

Explore Catania’s historic centre on foot, taking time to enjoy its squares, markets and cafés.



From Catania Fontanarossa Airport, take a taxi to the property or use the Alibus service towards the city centre, completing the journey on foot or by taxi. Alibus also connects the airport with Catania Centrale railway station.



If arriving by train, a taxi from Catania Centrale is a convenient choice when travelling with luggage.



For trips to Mount Etna or other destinations along Sicily’s eastern coast, you can travel by car or arrange an excursion. Paid parking is available off premises; check local signs for conditions and charges.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic Florentine building without a lift and is reached by stairs.



Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and we kindly ask you to respect the peaceful residential character of the area.

Recycling and waste disposal instructions will be provided upon arrival.

In accordance with Italian law, all guests are required to complete the online registration with a valid ID before check-in.
