'Unfortunately this was the lowlight of my trip to Vietnam. Booking through Expedia was a terrible experience because we were not warned that we would be staying in rooms owned by private individuals, rather than the hotel itself. I blame both Expedia and the Flamingo for this. This meant the staff was unable and unwilling to help us with basic things like laundry, gym service, or check-out. The prices here were inflated, and they were nickel-and-diming us for everything, such a using the fitness...

'It's a modern hotel with modern rooms and a friendly front desk staff. The negatives are that there is no chair or table or luggage rack in the rooms, and the breakfast was a very small set meal, by far the smallest breakfast among eight hotels that we've stayed in while in Vietnam.'
