This villa is an absolute recommendation and one of the most unique properties in the entire region. It was completely renovated in 2022 with great attention to detail and is beautifully situated directly on the sea with private path leading to the beach. It has a 12 meter long, private pool (ideal for swimming), a large garden and a whirlpool on the rooftop terrace, with a fantastic 180° panoramic view of the sea and sunset also thanks to the transparent glass railing.

Enjoy a superlative stay here and an experience that you will remember for a long time! The villa is furnished to a very high standard from the very comfortable beds to the kitchen with its branded appliances and the designer bathrooms, where every detail is well thought (have a look at the pictures!). The modern air conditioning, the photovoltaic system on the roof and the perfect thermal insulation make this house a technological and ecological highlight.

The main villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, large living room with a design sofa, TV and open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker with extractor, crockery, cutlery, pots and many cooking utensils. Next to the main villa there is an original stone trullo, fully renovated as well. It is very small and simple and only contains a double bed (no en-suite bathroom) but it offers the romantic experience of sleeping in a trullo and enjoying the garden, pool and sea view from its little window. On the terrace there is a shaded area with a table and chairs; there is also a barbecue.

A heated outdoor whirlpool is at your exclusive disposal on the rooftop terrace. Enjoy pure relaxation in daylight or in the moonlight, with a glass of Prosecco or a good book, look at the azure blue sea below you and forget the stress of everyday life with individually adjustable water temperature (maximum 40 °C) as often as you wish. The whirlpool will be opened for you on request; it can be used all year round, including (or even more so!) in winter. The surcharge is €80 for the preparation €20 per day, which includes the cleaning and disinfection of the whirlpool approx. twice a week and at every guest change.

The property is completely fenced and hardly visible from the outside to protect your privacy. You can park 1-2 cars on the property.

Via a small gate and a few meters down a private path you reach the bay of Felloniche with its beach (sand and rocks) and the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea. Several restaurants and a small supermarket can be reached on foot in about 5-15 minutes.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €160, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Pets are NOT allowed in this property.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,48 on 10/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
