'What a wonderful home for a family reunion/birthday party! Our ages ranged from 11 to 81. As I wandered the many halls and rooms I liked to imagine I was in a Jane Austen or E.M. Forester novel. We all loved the house so much.It's true as other reviewers mentioned it's a little spare for the folks who use walkers and canes, no hand holds in the bathrooms and all showers are (gorgeous) on the second floor. Having a private balcony that showcases the gorgeous view is my favorite feature, and it’s what keeps me coming back. The location is convenient to Belfast and other towns, but removed enough to feel peaceful. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. This place is truly a gem! '

'Great location downtown and right on the harbor. The room as spacious and nicely appointed with a small balcony and jetted tub. Enjoyed the small vintage bar downstairs for a drink and complimentary breakfast. There were nice views and ambiance from the Rooftop bar, also. Staff very friendly and accommodating.'
