"We had a pleasant stay at La Fortezza. It all started when we walked in and were welcomed by the sweetest hotel staff. Hotel rooms smelled very clean and were well maintained. The rooms were really spacious and the bed was very comfortable and big. Everything was very very clean and the housekeeping took care of our room every day. We felt very relaxed and at peace at this amazing hotel. It is located in a nice neighborhood, and it’s not too far away from all the main attractions. We hope to be back in Florence in the near future and will definitely choose La Fortezza again for our stay."

Communication before our arrival was excellent, and every request was handled with genuine care. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the room was comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore Florence on foot. It’s the thoughtful hospitality that really stood out and made us feel so welcome. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Florence."
