'the house is lovely: lots of character, nice big kitchen and lots of bedrooms. Also the outdoor facilities are charming : big pool and beautiful garden. But the house is situated near a very busy SS-road, day and night traffic noise. The occupants of the bedrooms in the "tower"definitely needed earplugs to sleep.... Still we had a wonderful week, Mottola is a charming city with good and affordable restaurants.'

However, unless we had all the lights, turned off the air conditioning, turned off, etc.. We were unable to use the burner stove...

'Schönes kleines und gemütliches Häuschen, allerdings ausbaufähig. Für 4 Personen ist es zu klein. Die Lage ist sehr schön und zenteal.'

'Posto molto tranquillo e piacevole ricavato in un casolare in campagna. Arredamento turistico base ma completo. Vicino al mare anche se serve la macchina visti i 2-3km di distanza, cosa comunque non problematica per gli ampi parcheggi gratuiti (e totalmente vuoti a fine luglio) dei lidi vicini. Mare bello sabbioso ma non super-trasparente come potrebbe essere puglia o sardegna.'

'Very comfortable and nicely updated. On the small size but good enough size for 2 people. Parking available so that was a nice for being in the old town. Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets.'

'Séjour très agréable, la résidence est magnifique et très bien entretenue. L'appartement dispo d'une terrasse couverte qui devient une vraie pièce de vie en été car protégée de la chaleur. Marina di Pisticci est au calme et assez proche des endroits à visiter (2h de route max). La seule difficulté pour nous qui ne parlons pas italien a été la communication car nous avons croisé très peu de gens capables de comprendre et/ou parler une autre langue que l'italien.'

Das Objekt liegt auf dem Land, nicht am Hafen, zu Fuß war nichts erreichbar, nächster Supermarkt (selbst recherchiert) ca. 10(!) km entfernt ! Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch ! Insgesamt miserables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zieladresse konnte nicht in's frisch upgedatete Navi eingegeben werden! Definitiv insgesamt nichts, was den Begriff "Premium" rechtfertigen würde ! Lediglich die freundlichen Bemühungen - in Sachern aussetzendes...

'Wunderschönes, kleines Höuschen, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird und darüber hinaus Wasser, Kaffee, gekühltes Bier, Gewürze, Spül- und Waschmittel... Der Vermieter hat uns ein Restaurant empfohlen und dort sogar angerufen und uns angekündigt (wir bekamen sogar noch eine große Platte Pommes gratis). Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.'

'La villetta è vicinissima all'area divertimento del villaggio (parco giochi, ristorante, campetti, piscina, teatro, etc.), mentre dista un po' dal mare, al quale comunque si arriva facilmente grazie alla frequente corriera (che non è stata mai affollata). Gli spazi sono ampi per un soggiorno di tre persone (coniugi e figlia). Efficienti e funzionali quasi tutti gli elettrodomestici: boiler, frigo, forno e lavatrice. Peccato per il condizionatore un po' "affaticato"; mentre il televisore non lo...

'Nice and pleasant villa in green environment. Walking distance from beach and multiple beach bars/restaurants allthough most of them were not yet open in 2d half of May.'

'Owner was a nice man. Check-in and check out was very easy. Advertisement needs to be adjusted in regards to beds. Number of sleeping places is correct, but its 3 doubles, a single (instead of twin) and aan outbuilding with a double bed. Not a problem if your couples, but if its just friends, prepare to get cosy with each other. Main room only has 1 couch (as showed on pictures) so prepare to drag in the garden furniture for extra seating on cold nights, if you are more than 3 people.'
