The apartment:
This great holiday villa is located in a completely independent property and surrounded by a 1,000 square metre GARDEN, completely furnished. The villa (built in the 1970's) has been completely renovated (please notice that the works on the facade will be finished in June 2007), and is very bright and well-ventilated. The furniture is very comfortable
The villa is divided in three different levels: the ground floor includes an American style kitchen (about 30 square metres), a wide living room (about 80 square metres) with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a veranda. The first floor is composed by 4 bedrooms with a Queen sized bed and a single bed each, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a landing with a double sofa bed and a veranda. There is also an extra fold-up bed available to accommodate parties of up to 25 people! The top floor is composed by a great terrace (about 120 square metres!).
The villa includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, Satellite TV, an iron, an ironing board, a BBQ, a hairdryier, garden furniture, a stereo player, a VCR and a vacuum cleaner.
The size of the villa is about 240 square metres, plus the terrace (120 square metres) and the garden (1,000 square metres).
