'I've stayed in hotels from New York to San Francisco and all points in between as well as several Excellent rated hotels in the Philippines. The Seda is definitely top three and may be the best hotel I've stayed at. The room and amenities are just as described but the staff puts it over the top. Not just polite and welcoming but genuinely make you feel that they are happy to see you. Kudos to owners/management for such a great job recruiting and hiring a spectacular staff.'

'Check in was a nightmare! The receptionist has no no record of our booking! We waited over an hour before the owner came! She is friendly but she told us our accommodation is occupied!!!! Hence she tried to get us another room but we booked for three and was given a room for two!!! It’s very cramped and no room to move at all! The bathroom door cannot be closed. Cutlery was for two. 'I made 3 different bookings with The Alpha Suites within the 17 days of our vacation to the Philippines. The 1st booking was for 3 nights which was good overall. 'Actually they don't wanna open for foreigners yet. They asked me to find other place to stay. I just found that when I'm there. Anyway I stayed alone in a dom which 6 people could stay together. Anyway I guess it was the very good place to stay~2 big supermarkets make me easy to have meals~Hope you also enjoy this place. By the way, you need insects killer to be there comfortably~many mosquitoes~'

'The window seal didn’t close in our room so we could hear all the cars / bikes / ambulances. Which in Manila was a lot! They left a pair of underpants from the previous guest hanging in our bathroom! At morning breakfast, they played “the best of TikTok” music really loud at 7am. It was like sitting in an arcade. '
