'The address was not correct, it leads us to the hospital, I had to ask for directions. When the men arrived at the bottom of the stairs, they were sitting and never responded to the "hello", maybe because of my complexion, whatever, I didn't try to say hello again after that. The maids was nice and polite. '

It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. 'Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en erg betrokken. Ze checkten regelmatig bij ons in en deden er alles aan om ons thuis te laten voelen en ons te verwennen. Ze waren oprecht geïnteresseerd en er was veel persoonlijke aandacht. Naast de fantastische locatie, dicht bij vele highlights, gaf het hotel een ontspannen, lokale feel maar met absolute internationale standaard. Wij zouden het aan iedereen aan kunnen raden! '

'This was my 2nd time staying at Pinard Mountain Resort and it was wonderful. The beautiful views and calm tranquil surroundings made my stay amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. I was very happy to see Ms. Remy again. She is a beautiful & intellegent young woman and a great asset to the resort. I was very sad to leave but am hopeful to come back and stay again next year. 'Accomodation is located in the green Roseau valley, 5 car minutes from town. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome from ownwers and staff. Cottage was aged and smaller than we expected. Tiny wardrobe, inconveniently located in the bathroom! Bedroom small, too. On the positive side, all equipment is in working order. Special compliments for Juliette, Mary and Roland, being so friendly and helpful. Food: Dinner is only cooked for larger groups, upon request. We had dinner one evening and it...
