« St. Croix Suites sounds nice, the pictures look great online, but the property is disgusting and the others who were staying there... Maybe down on their luck or whatever it maybe, gave a off a vibe that you are going to get mugged, and there are drugs being used and sold all over the property. The guy at the front desk, behind what must be bulletproof glass, was a nice guy, but do not stay at this property. The and our room smelled like someone had been smoking in them for three years...

« We wanted a place deep in the woods but more comfortable than camping. This place overdelivered! It was perfect! It's in the woods but close enough to enjoy a lot of different activities in the Taylor's Falls area. And clean with all of the amenities needed. Plenty of space for everyone (3 adults) And the wifi worked great for getting out that far »

« The room was average at best. The check-in person was terrible, didn't talk and not helpful at all. He was not at the check-in desk and had to be called on a phone line. When called he was short and acted annoyed. The pool and hot tube area was not lit up and looked like it wasn't open. Since there was no check in staff available to ask, I couldn't use it. I would look for a different hotel if you have to stay in the area! »

« We stayed with our kids in the loft room. It was a nice spacious room, and a good layout for traveling with kids. There are however no windows in the room. It wasn't a big deal for our short stay, but I would consider a window room if staying longer. The lodge is right by the lake and we enjoyed watching the water ski show and the outdoor space. We didn't have the greatest service in the restaurant and if I stayed again id probably consider going into town for dinner. Overall I would...

« Loved the pet friendly stay close to Taylors Falls. Easy check in and out. Plenty of room. Has a fridge but it is small. Has a full size oven but didn’t find a pan to cook our breakfast biscuits in but would still return and recommend »
