'We stayed here with another couple while going to a concert is a very clean and well maintained. Host was very helpful, and there were fans in each bedroom which was amazing because we forgot to bring one with will defidently be back when we visit Dubuque IA again!!!'

'This space was perfect for my family of 4 visiting from IL to see the Field of Dreams Movie Site. It was so cute, VERY clean, and close to all the downtown stuff we wanted to visit. Perfect walking distance to breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, a brewery, the Basilica, etc. I am so glad we booked this space, it made our Dyersville trip such a great experience! '

'Very nice place, everything is new and updated. Close to Dyersville, we were in town for a baseball tournament.There was a bad storm that went through with tornado warnings and Nick checked in on us to make sure we were safe and that we had power. We were also able to check in an hour early which was very nice. Nick was responsive to my messages. Would definitely stay here again. '

'Property is very clean, we loved how everything was labelled in the apartment. The stairs going up to it are quite steep so be aware of that if anyone in your party has mobility issues. All the linens were wonderful (towels are incredibly soft). The TVs were nice, and all of the furniture is comfortable. You can walk to pretty much anything in the downtown area. '

'One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home! There was supposed to be an air mattress in the closet and it wasn’t, I messaged Ken and within 5 minutes he brought it to our door and offered to set it up for us. My only suggestion would be supply a small amount of ziploc bags, foil, plastic wrap…things of that nature. There are 40 indoor stairs getting up there. Try the owners restaurant on the first floor too, absolutely amazing!!'

'This was our second stay in the Drake House: City View and we wouldn't hesitate to here stay again. The apartment is comfortable and conveniently located. There are stairs to negotiate with your luggage, but there's a nice deck with a view of the Millwork District at the back of the property. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We didn't use the washer/dryer. '
