« Loved the property! It was everything we needed for our weekend getaway. We weren’t at the house only to sleep but it was close to everything. Will definitely consider it again when back in the area. »

« Our family vacation included a wide age range of people and everyone had a great time here! Only problems were one squeaky, uncomfortable bed out of the 8 bedrooms. Also, you have to make your own beds upon arrival. Otherwise, plenty of space! 2 refrigerators and dishwashers. The golf cart was a life saver getting to the dock and back. Everything was clean and the property manager/ owners were very responsive! We want to stay there again! »

« The cabin was pretty nice and it had a great view! The owners seemed really nice and communicated well with us. The trail to brimstone wasent to far down the road which you can ride on and a gas station like not even 3 mins down the road also. Only thing i would nit pick is it was a little difficult to get a long trailer out but it can be done if you know what your doing. I would definitely come back to stay at this cabin again or recommend to someone. »

« The house was the perfect size for our family, very clean, well-appointed! The game room was perfect for my husband to work in while our daughter was at UT for a class all week. The location was ideal for getting her to UT, and we were also close to wherever we wanted to run. We hope to be back again! Thanks so much for making our stay such a breeze! »

« The countryside was a beautiful short drive from the city. The house is high tech and comfortable. There were 18 stairs to get up to the living quarters which is no problem if you are able. The owners always responded quickly if there were any questions. I would definitely stay here again »

« This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again! »

« I was very impressed when I walked into this beautiful villa! I’d booked it for my parents and brother who came to town for a family wedding. The villa was beautifully decorated, well stocked, immaculately clean, and spacious for my parents, brother, and my dad’s dog. « I’ve booked a lot of properties but this one is my favorite by a long shot. Communicating with the owner, Amy, was very pleasant and quick. She’s a total gem. I have never had a more exceptional experience. If you’ve looked through the photos then you’ve seen how charming this house is, but it is impossible for photos to do it justice. This home is absolutely stunning in real life! It is modern but cozy and just all around beautiful. I can’t wait to book here again. »
