  • Sleeps 8, 4 miles from Pebble Beach Golf Links and 2 miles from Carmel River State Beach, this quiet, private and secluded (set atop Carmel's Forest and Hatton Canyon, and in a sunbelt compared to Pebble Beach (which is typically chilly,) this home is the perfect escape. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen, ample living space, and backyard oasis amidst 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Washer and dryer, 4 televisions, outdoor seating for happy hour, barbecue grill, fountain, and large stone driveway with plenty of parking space. Less than a mile from supermarkets, Starbucks, Bagel Nosh, and the Carmel Barnyard and Crossroads. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Brand new living and family room furniture. The best beds and linens. This is our main home so it is very clean and sanitized. Filtered water throughout the house and instant hot water pump throughout the house. Brand new six burner high grade gas oven. All new plumbing and electrical. Steam shower in Master Bathroom. A filtration system in the heater throughout our home. Extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. This location is very convenient to the best hiking, trips down to Big Sur, Carmel Valley and Village, very short distance to downtown Carmel, and a 5 mile drive to downtown Monterey. Very best location on the Monterey Peninsula because of weather and safety. Garage not available. Service animal are allowed with approved documentation sent ahead of arrival. The house is well cared for and is in a quiet neighborhood. This is not a party house, more of a serene house for people who enjoy quiet and beautiful views of a magnificent garden and large trees.

Beautiful Gardens!

David's place was the perfect spot for our girl's weekend! We loved how close the location was to both downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and the beach as well as the wineries in Carmel Valley. The gardens in the backyard are BEAUTIFUL and the most peaceful retreat for a quiet morning coffee. We loved our stay!

Our family had a wonderful time in Carmel at this lovely home. It was a great location for visiting the Carmel Mission, driving 17 mile drive, exploring Big Sur, and seeing the Monterey Aquarium. Excellent!

This is one of the best rentals ever. The house was immaculate, large and well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, fully stocked bathrooms, and the most gorgeous garden! It is also well located in a quiet neighborhood, quite close to local food shopping, small local restaurants and fitness gym. Add to that the hosts promptly respond and add a personal list of to-dos to enhance the stay in the area.

Beautiful home in Carmel!

We rented this beautiful home in Carmel the weekend of my son’s wedding and it was perfect in every way! It’s in a very convenient location, is bright and open, and had every amenity would could have needed!! The backyard gardens are gorgeous and serene for morning coffee and the beds are SO comfortable!!! David & Debbie were wonderful hosts and helped to make our weekend fabulous!! Thank you!!

Perfect home away from home

My family and I had a great time staying at David and Debbie’s home. The home was very cozy and clean and a perfect size for my family. My favorite part of staying in their home was the garden and peacefulness you get in the neighborhood. My cousin fell in love with their bed and has been none stop talking about it. A Big Sur marathon weekend

A beautiful home in a fantastic location. What an amazing garden! Thanks so much to the Vivolo's, the exceptional owners! The Vivolo's kept us extremely well-informed in the time before our stay. They made excellent suggestions of things to do and see. They made sure the property was in excellent condition. Their advice on how to work the systems in the house gave us a lot of confidence. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a quick and busy weekend and the close proximity to most places was so convenient. The house was clean and those beds were so comfortable with an abundance of pillows. There was a lovely welcome package of treats and snacks which were very much appreciated. Perhaps the greatest of all was the backyard! That garden, bunnies, hummingbirds, birds, etc. they had tables with ample chairs and a propane heater. Highly recommend!

So very relaxing and close to everything!

Our annual girls trip was a huge success thanks to this amazing property. The home is so comfortable and quiet, furnished with everything you'll need.
