The Gatsby is an art deco 1920s inspired spacious house located in central Cardiff. The house has been created with comfort and style in mind and is the perfect retreat for anyone looking to make the most out of everything Cardiff city centre has to offer all the while being within close reach of Cardiff Bay. Comprising 4 bedrooms along with day beds and a sofa bed, it sleeps up to 13 people. Please be aware that bookings for this property will require ID and that we do not allow parties.
The space
Parking is free on street parking right outside the house.

Professionally designed with an art deco feel. We have been totally inspired by the 1920's Great Gatsby film and book by F Scott Fitzgerald. Many of our articles are upcycled original pieces of furniture and many are brand new contemporary but retaining an art deco charm.

The living room is large and in 2 parts, the front is a cosy area perfect for sipping a few drinks, watching a film and cwtching on the couch or the chaise longue. The rear of the living room is a reading/working space to relax with a book on the day bed. The sofa in the living room also doubles as a sofa bed too.

The dining room is perfect for cooking and entertaining friends watched by our animal friends on the wall. Please check out our drinks cabinet which has been locally upcycled and has fantastic little trinkets in and on top.

The kitchen is fully fitted and stocked with all the utencils, condiments and a large fridge freezer for all your goods.

The bedrooms all have their own separate charm.

The master bedroom is huge, airy with a double bed and day bed for an extra couple of guests.

The 2nd bedroom has a super king size bed and is super comfortable.

The 3rd bedroom has a single bed and is a space full of charming oddities.

The 4th bedroom has a lounging double bed that can be used to relax and read a book or listen to music or of course get a good nights sleep.

The hallways have a gallery feel, with art and a replica 1920s telephone with an altogether inviting appeal.
