Delightful stay on the Ring of Kerry

The house was absolutely adorable. The owners met us there, explained everything about the area, and even left us a pie and wine! Very thoughtful. We really enjoyed it, and it gave us a nice respite from hotels as we traveled around Ireland.

Thanks for a lovely stay. We had a great stay and the house was beautiful, large and spacious. The location was great for exploring the Ring of Kerry. The hosts were very responsive, warm and welcoming. My daughter loved practicing on the piano in the music room.

Great two night stay at this beautiful home which is well located for exploring the Ring of Kerry area. We unfortunately arrived in the dark which made it challenging for us to initially find but with the directions of the home owner and their helpful neighbour who escorted to the property we eventually arrived! The hosts had left us a bottle of wine and a lovely locally made pie both of which were enjoyed and appreciated. There was also tea, coffee and milk provided. The washing machine and dryer were appreciated. The house is quite large and was very spacious for our group of four allowing everyone to have their own space and washrooms. The only regret is that we did not stay longer!

Couldn't have been happier with the property. A beautiful old style house decorated with a warm welcoming feeling like coming home having been away for a longtime. Walking through the door you instantly feel as if you've walked into your own home. The hosts Edel and Séan just couldn't have done more. We were presented with a folder full of fun ideas and things to do in the area. The house was was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was there for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable and three of the rooms were en suite. The kitchen is well kitted out. If the weather isn't in your favour, there's a smart TV and some board games provided. There is an outdoor area complete with an electric BBQ. Ample parking is also provided. The area while it might seem remote is actually very close to the local town of Killorglin which has plenty of food choices etc. Tralee is only a 30 minute drive , Killarney only 30 mins and Dingle is only 60 minutes. All in all we just couldn't fault the property or our hosts and we'll definitely be returning.

The Charm of Ireland

Our hosts, the Treacy’s, could not have been more warm or welcoming. The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 under 12 kids. The location, close to Killorglin was ideal. We were able to tour the Ring of Kerry and enjoy Killarney N P, as well. I would strongly recommend this rental.

Tolles Haus und Garten

Gastgeber und Aufenthalt waren perfekt, herzlicher Empfang, Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Wir hatten noch ein Problem mit einem Hund, Sean war sofort da und hat einen Tierarzt angerufen und wir konnten am gleichen Tag noch gehen. Vom Haus aus konnte man mit den Hunden sehr gut laufen gehen. Freilauf. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu Erkunden. Herzlichen Dank Edna und Sean Gerne wieder
