'Our 2 day stay was a disaster from the beginning. We arrived at 4:30 for a 4pm check in and there was line of people out of the door trying to check in. We left and came back at 7pm and I spoke to another guest who said they arrived at 4pm and got checked in at 5:30pm We stayed in the north tower of the hotel and the hallways and elevator smelled of marijuana. (explain that smell to your kids). We left for dinner and came back at 11pm to go to bed to find that the AC was not working. It was...

'Wake up at 10pm tonight to use the gym and all equipment is moved into the concierge room, which is located in this tight shoebox of a room in the LOBBY with a folding wicker barrier as your privacy. 1 treadmill, 1 bike and one other machine. Compared to their luxury style 10 elliptical, full free weight selection, cables, 5 treadmills, medicine balls etc, The pool was under renovation for half the time I was here Hallways to room smelled like stale cigarettes Room did regulate temperature....

'Killing six cockroaches between the kitchen and the bathroom. Been nice to know the outside door open into the bedroom. The balcony had no door. Will not recommend to anyone. '

'Several of the pools ended up being closed due to being very dirty breakfast area always overcrowded rooms were pretty nice, but bedrooms are at the front of the room. All you heard was door, slamming people talking even up till midnight.'

'Was on the first floor so beach view was instructed some. Was on the end and the exterior door that lead to parking lot was very loud when exiting. Ice machine wasn't working very well. Overall was a decent place to stay. '

'Was disappointed when we arrived. The pictures advertised online were nothing like the actual condo we received. The bathtub was cracked, the room had a funny smell, and the sheets on one of the beds had yellow staining. On top of that our “ocean view” room looked into the side of another building and if you peeked out and around the side of the balcony you cause see an area of the ocean. Will not be staying again. '
