The checkin staff was friendly and our room was beautiful with space and a jacuzzi shower which was a plus. Our room was only stocked with 2 pillows so when we requested 2 more, they were brought up with speed. That being said, the pillows and bed were flat. That’s something we’ve come to notice is very common in Italy so although we didn’t enjoy that, it’s all preference. What we really didn’t...

'Great location. Very close to the ferry port and train and bus stations, easy walking distance. Main tourists sites are not much further. Interior is a bit past its prime, but rooms are very comfortable and staff is excellent. Very good value for money. Will stay here again.'
