« This rental far exceeded our expectations! It was more than a house… it was home! Every room was extremely clean and brilliantly decorated. Our stay coincided with weather of extremely high temperatures but we were more than comfortable as the house has fantastic air conditioning. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Cape Neddick Beach and Harbor /Lobster Pound Restaurant. I will recommend this house to all my family and friends. »

« We arrived after 2 days of travel from N.C at 8pm. The pictures of the cottage were deceiving. The top floor had the master with no bathroom and the stairs to climb were quite precarious for 2 people of 70 years. The other bedroom was in the lowest level and smelled like a basement ,and had a lot of stairs as well. The main floor contained the kitchen with a stove that was rusted and dirty as well as the refrigerator didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The host could not help us and also told...

« This home is absolutely gorgeous—the photos truly don’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the space. We were welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of rosé and cookies, which was such a nice touch and set the tone for a wonderful stay.The house is spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. One thing we especially appreciated was how well-stocked the kitchen was. It had everything we needed for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying meals...

« We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back! »
