'The house is in an excellent location if you want to get around to restaurants or the beach but also tucked away for a quiet neighborhood experience. The house itself is big with plenty of living spaces. We loved the coffee bar and it was very well stocked. The fireplace was nice to have for our February stay. 'We had a wonderful second stay at the Mary Jane House. The house is cozy, beautifully decorated and very well appointed - we had everything we needed! The location is also perfect - a less than 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 20 minutes walk to the beach. Katie is a wonderful host - from the thoughtful details in the house to her quick responses to questions. We can't wait to come back!'

'Comfort of house and location'

'Stayed here for two nights while visiting at UNH. Location wise was about 20 minutes from the campus which was an easy commute. The best part was how spacious the house was. Lots of beds which was great for our large group. House was clean, well stocked and the basement set up for watching tv was amazing. The host was awesome to deal with, very responsive and checked in to make sure things were going well. Would stay again! '
