'This is a nicely run, small property. The rooms are a good size, beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. Staff was great, having the snacks/lunch/bar right off the pool so we could keep an eye on the kids was key. Parking was easy, and having someone setup chairs and umbrellas for you so we didn’t have to lug them over the sand was so nice. 'The room was not bad, ultra small though, the AC was terrible, very noisy, they did try to quiet it down after I complained, and they did send someone and it was somewhat quieter after he left, but still it was too big of an AC for the room, one doesn't put a 1000 BTU AC in a 100 sq. foot room. The parking spaces were all made for subcompact cars, I hardly had room with my SUV. 'It was close to the boardwalk and beach'

'Perfect choice for our stay. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Front desk associates were warm & friendly. Pool and rooms were extremely clean & the kids LOVED the pool and playground. And it’s so close to the beach that we were easily able to get the kids up and hit the beach in the morning to watch the sunrise. 'Cute spot! The rooms with 2 queen beds have to much unnecessary furniture in them. The ACs no matter what will blow freezing cold air. Friendly staff, issues with room were addressed promptly. Location is PERFECT!'

'Very convenient location. Staff was great. We had car trouble the day we were supposed to check in and had to shift our days. Very accommodating. Free parking. Heated Pool and hot tub a plus. Never felt crowded. Housekeeping every day which is rare these days. Nice room with kitchenette. Only downside was the bedroom area had no AC in it so it was warm. Only AC was in the main area which couldn’t cool the bedroom with the door closed. Would stay again though.'

'Island breeze motel was overall a great stay. The staff was very nice and they had an easy /check in and out process . The rooms each had a fridge and microwave with was very useful! They are pet friendly and I was so grateful because my pets had a wonderful stay too! We were so close to the boardwalk and for an affordable price ! Thank you and we will see you next year !'
