'Very good hotels with superb service and ammenitiis. Although price more high, but worth every penndy. Only more inconvenient the public bath located in old buildings and we stayed at newly renovated building. Need to walk out to street and to the public bath. They provide good service and very pleasant breakfast snack, treats and everything! Love to visit other branches of this hotel in other cities.'

'Nice hotel. Clean. Good location. However there are only 2 elevators and 1 had broken down. So we had very long waiting times for the elevator and there was no alternative.The stairs weren't accessible. This was not very comfortable.'

'A real Japanese experience in a century old Ryokan at a great location with very friendly staff. Kids and wife and me all loved it.'

'Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel....
