Each bedroom, as well as both living areas, is equipped with a flat-screen TV, allowing every guest to enjoy their favorite shows or streaming services.

Step outside to enjoy the private heated pool and the spacious covered lanai, which offers plenty of comfortable seating. It's the perfect place to relax, dine outdoors, or spend quality time with family and friends while enjoying the Florida lifestyle.

Electricity

Your reservation includes an electricity allowance of $10.00 per day. Any electricity usage exceeding this allowance will be charged at $0.23 per kWh. The remaining balance, if applicable, will be calculated based on the meter readings and is payable in cash at check-out.



Interaction with Guests:

We will personally welcome you on the morning following your arrival and conduct your check-in. During this visit, we will also record the electricity meter readings together.
