This Villa is located in the heart of Cape Coral on a freshwater canal that opens up onto Lake Mojave. The Cape Coral yacht club is minutes away or forget the driving and enjoy the villas incredible amenities like the large tiki hut equipped with a fridge, grill and white sand beach. We have recently added a putting green and turf lawn for your enjoyment!

The Villa was designed as a luxury rental with you in mind! Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and smart TVs for your enjoyment. The sheets are hotel quality and the pillows and comforters are both down alternative. The bright and vibrant colors and decor that surround you in the home are sure to set the mood to Island Time! There are 4 bedrooms each with a king size bed and 3 full bathrooms. 2 rooms are master suites with a private en-suite. The tiki hut outside Is equipped with a built in grill, fridge, and sink. The lower dock has seating to relax around the fire pit or space to fish. The pool is heated year round. We have recently installed a putting green and turf lawn for your enjoyment!
