« Our stay here was very nice. The view from our room and balcony was beautiful & very peaceful. The family was so nice and helpful. The food they made was tasty. We ate breakfast and dinner twice. It was such a unique stay that I’d recommend. It gets chilly at night but wear layers and you are fine. They bring hot water bottles to keep you warm. I would also recommend charging your electronics before coming because we didn’t have an outlet in our room to charge but we had a charge pack with us...

« Séjour très dépaysant sur une île flottante sur le lac titicaca. L’accueil est très chaleureux et le service parfait. Attention toutefois, les conditions météo ainsi que l’altitude en font un séjour éprouvant, les nuits la température baisse à 5 degrés et c’est assez éprouvant. Le chauffage éthanol toute le nuit donne des migraines et la salle de bain ne chauffe pas. Il faut le savoir et y être prêt. La cuisine est très bonne équilibrée et la présentation est raffinée. »

He kindly took us around the area, pointing out places and discussing history and culture with us. We learned a lot. He also showed us an amazing collection of reed birds and gave us a really informative lesson in nature. »
