'This property offers stunning views and is a popular destination for tourists arriving by cruise ship. As a result, there can be long wait times at bars, restaurants, and tastings. One thing we wish they had communicated was the closing time of the gates. My wife and I attended the Carnaval de Ensenada and returned to the property around 10 pm. To our surprise, the property was still open. Fortunately, we found a worker cleaning one of the restaurants who was able to let us in. '

'My experience at this resort was very disappointing. The property is practically empty; there were only 1 or 2 staff members and, from what we could see, no other guests. From the beginning, we were given incorrect information. We were told that breakfast started at 8:30 a.m., but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that it did not start until 10:00 a.m. After waiting for an hour, the employee named Angel finally informed us that there was actually no chef available and that...
