« Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con cortesia e disponibilità da tutto il personale, dalla reception al titolare, sempre pronti ad aiutarci con un sorriso e a darci ottimi consigli per vivere al meglio la zona. « We spent 3 nights in the hotel. The room was nice with a great view and a big shower. Check-in wasn't very nice : the lady did not explain anything, she took our IDs and driver's license and just put it behind her without an explanation, we had to tell her we were gonna need them to drive so she did her paperwork and gave them back to us. « Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Hotel liegt am Kanal, der Caorle von Santa Margherita trennt - eine kleine Fähre verbindet die Orte. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, mit einem grossen Garten, einer kleinen Poolanlage, Privatstrand und eher ruhig gelegen. Es gibt genügend Sonnenliegen und Schirme mit viel Platz. There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked. « The hotel was clean the food was good. Everyone was great. My only complaint is if you rent a Beach Front Hotel you would think you would not be charged 10 Euro per day to walk across the beach to go in the water. I was told I would not be changed if I had booked directly with the hotel this was a surcharge for booking with hotels.com. Scam. »
