« We had a great stay. The location is great. Walk out the back door and put your tubes in the River. There are 2 options to grocery shop. Brookshire Bros. To the left on 306 or HEB to the right. Great country breakfast place at Granny D’s. Just don’t order more than one pancake. They are huge! Tube rentals àt end of street.Whitewater Amphitheater is a short walk away. Canyon Lake short drive. Great location!! »

« The view was amazing! It was cozy and relaxing. The hot tub is very old and no longer had markings for any of the dials and buttons. We tried to use it but we only figured out how to turn the jets on, it never got hot so we werent able to enjoy it. Also, the stove was outdated and the markings for the oven were no longer there so we had to guess for anything we cooked. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay. »

« Loved our stay and the time away. It was great having space and not having too close of neighbors. The 2 houses was perfect for our 2 families vacationing together. It was close to everything we needed yet far enough away to be able to relax. »

« The house itself is very comfortable and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well supplied with any pots, plates, cups etc. that we needed. Very much enjoyed the sunset and stars from the hot tub. Recommendations for future guests would be to pick up a bag of ice before you get there. (one ice tray in the place) Another thing for future guests to be aware of is that in the picture you see of the deck with the 26 steps, that is the ONLY way into the house. No other door or entry. Was a little slow...

« This was one of our best trips! This cozy place had everything we needed since getting rained on spoiled our lake plans we just stayed in and BBQ’d right outside and got to enjoy what this spot had to offer from the outside picnic area to the tree house deck and outside shower. This place was a whole vibe and we give it 5 stars. »

The owner’s have provided every amenity you might need. We loved watching the hummingbirds too. You will be able to relax and you won’t want to leave! »
