« Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton. »

« I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels. « We were told that the property was being renovated and the renovation is almost complete. It would have been nice to have a "renovated" room. The room we got definitely needed renovated (burn mark on tub, wallpaper pealing, stains on carpet, cracks in kitchen tiles, vents were very dirty/dusty). « Room was clean. Outside of hotel had a lot of garbage. $50 charge in case of issues pended immediately to card. Usual for high end but not this type of hotel. Location away from everything but I was attending a wedding down the road. No UBER available. Tried twice for half hour. »
