« the indoor swimming pool doesn't have warm water. It's open to use but the water is too cold to swim. the front desk staff, except for the lady who prepares breakfast, are not that approachable. They don't even smile or look at me checking in and checking out when I surrender my card. Room is good. It's clean but there is no slipper to use inside the room so it's cold on the feet going to the toilet »

« The room was extremely hot, they had to bring fans in to help. The whole hotel felt like it was at least 75 degrees the whole time we stayed here. Other than the temperature it was a great stay. »

« Check in process was great, breakfast great, pool and basketball court my kids loved. But my room wasn't cleaned well. Our first visit was much better than the last visit. »

« Everything. After checking in around 8pm, didnt get the room i booked, 2 doubles and a king, instead we got 2 kings and a sofa sleeper. Wife had to sleep on sofa sleeper, went to ask abt it, front desk clerk told us the clerk from morning shift swapped us. We are out of town and are at the mercy of the hotel so not much we could do. After settling in, one of the girls went to shower only to find hair in it, then found hair all over one of the beds, sheets had stains, one of the toilet had poop...

« Our stay was great! The property is VERY nice and the staff were all very friendly! The only thing that we didn’t like was that the blankets/sheets were visibly dirty. I wish we got a picture, but they had yellow stains on them and we were disappointed in that. Good thing we brought our own blankets! Overall, it was a great stay! »

« Grande chambre. Suggestion pour l'hôtel : il n'est pas nécessaire de laisser tourner la climatisation dans les chambres surtout quand elles sont inoccupées car cela fait du bruit. »

« Shower in the room made a mess and water got everywhere because the floor is not slanted to the drain properly. Breakfast buffet is only OK and there are always an item or two that need to be re-stocked. Todays it was the black coffee and people were standing around waiting for it to come out. Room was clean and hotel is close to where I need to be in Jackson. »
