'Amazing cottage definitely would stay again for longer this time !! '

'A lovely house and just the right size for us within a great part of Sutton and close to Sutton Park that I remembered from my childhood. There wasn't any communication apart from knowing the code to collect the key, the box of which was open and I was unable to lock it on departure. Took time to find the details of setting the heating and WIFI. Nothing on bins eg recycling which we gathered and put into one. Overall, a lovely warm home and we hope we took as much care of it as it was due....

'The property is a nice little cottage in a good location with multiple pubs and restaurants nearby. The main issue that let it down, was cleanliness. There was food debris in the cutlery drawer, and I had to wash the grill pan before I could use it. Bedding was clearly well used and had stains on the covers. Generally, the place could use a deep clean. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and it suited our needs.'

'Excellent cottage, clean,comfortable and homely, many people would be upset because of lack of phone signal or internet but made it for me real peace and quiet, Excellent kitchen is well equipped with pots pans,cutlery, drink making facilities, and the views from the cottage are outstanding. '

'What an excellent property we found! 12 of us stayed for mum's 65th birthday. Welcomed to the smell of mulled wine & mince pies. Nicely decorated for Christmas throughout. Fantastic, peaceful location. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. No need to take anything other than clothes, the property had everything needed. Owners were fantastic. Great communction beforehand. Would definitely return again.'
