In order to better enjoy the area of Canmore we really recommend renting a vehicle. However, the public Canmore Roam Bus is a fantastic way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore, making travel easy and eliminating any parking stress from your stay.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 9 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

The property is in a nice location. It is decently furnished with comfortable beds and linens. The rooms are very compact with little to no room to move around but this is fairly consistent with other properties in the area. The couch is older and could use replacing. It is sunken in and the fabric is pilling. The cleanliness was not up to par and this could definitely be improved, not disgusting but also not what you would expect for the premium price. The pool was very nice and was heated to a level that you could actually swim comfortably in even in the cooler weather, I would say this was the biggest highlight.
