« We arrived Friday May 24th 2024 at around 6:30ish. Has been awhile since I’ve been in New York State. No cell service and it wasn’t until I signed back into VRBO that I received instructions how to get into the cabin. Cabin is absolutely gorgeous. As others commented about the smell of smoke, well yeah, there is a wood stove. I heat my mountain home with wood, smelled of home. We brought our lovely lady along with us, she is 9 years old, she isn’t a fan of the flooring lucky we brought her bed....

« Our April stay in this private location in the woods was beautiful even without leaves on the trees. Enjoyed hearing and watching the birds from the large windows. Wood burning stove was awesome, kitchen very spacious and place was clean. The owner was responsive to a couple of issues. »

« We loved our stay at Deer Creek Acres. The house was immaculate. Very clean, cozy, and secluded. The kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed. In addition to Letchworth State Park, we also highly recommend visiting Stoneybrook State Park. The sights are spectacular. Deer Creek Acres is truly a gem. We liked it so much, we asked the host if we could stay an additional night and she graciously obliged. One small thing - the water is hard with lots of iron and a slight sulphur smell....

« This was our second visit to this beautiful property, during a dance competition weekend with a venue in the area. With the noise and chaos of the event, it was wonderful to return to this cabin and enjoy the front porch and listen to the birds. Communication is excellent, it's always clean, and comfortable. »
