Complex jumeau avec gr solaris qui es plus recent que gr caribe...au moins c'est Propre. La norriture est ok mais redondante, le gym est nice . Photo des chambres n'est pas la réalité. Attention Hotel familiale...party zero

We loved the pool and the hot tubs. The breakfasts were awesome and we had amazing food at the Bagavante Restaurant which is built directly above the ocean. The hotel had a really nice gift shop, although a bit expensive. The room was great and the king bed really comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a most enjoyable 7 night stay.

Property is outdated. Elevator was not working. Very limited food options in the restaurant for lunch. The pizza option served by the pool is worth it, and the drinks as well. For dinner, the restaurants that require reservation offer very good food and good service. Entertainment is also very good. My 3-year-old daughter was amazed by the Disney show performance.

My personal experience is that I spent 6 days at the GR Caribe resort from 04/20-26. Everything was smooth from checking in to checking out. Staff very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help. Facility may appear old for those who are looking for trendy or modern places, but to me it represented the Mexican architecture with arches and old furniture reflecting the country's culture, more modern style would be the next door Solaris hotel. Food was repetitive but there were 3out of 5 restaurants requiring reservation (still all inclusive) and you can make reservation the day before because they get booked fast. Restaurants offer international, French, Italian and Mexican menus with rotations. Beaches and area safe. We rode the bus to Mercado 28 for souvenirs purchases and the bus stop was at the front of the hotel and runs every 5-10min. Pools, music and night shows are shared between GR Caribe and Solaris and you can cross between both easily. I won't mind going back to the same hotel if it is for a relaxing break as it is in a quiet area. However, if you are looking for night life and traffic, I would say maybe go north, closer to Cocco Bongo area (approx. 10 min by bus), there is more entertainment and restaurants all time.

A low key, chill vibe that's great for couples and people who are just looking to relax. I love that there was an option to go to the resort next door, as there were activities over there and it was more lively. Basically, you get the best of both worlds. The food was great, the drinks were great, the ocean was beautiful, and every single staff member we encountered was excellent. The hotel is a bit older and they are working on some remodeling right now, so there were some hallways blocked off. No big deal. This was a great stay and I would definitely return!

The GR Caribe is an older facility that is only surviving because of the GR Solaris. The elevator did not work my entire 5 day stay and I was on the 4th floor. Very painful to go up and down stairs. My refrigerator also did not work and I reported it 3 days in a row and no one came to fix it.

El personal fue muy amable. Solo el colchon no estuvo tan comodo, te dan la.opcion de mejorarlo lo cual es agradable. La comida fue muh rica, en especial sus pizzas. Gracias a todos por su buen trato. Sin duda volveremos!

They looped us into a 90 minute presentation to become a “member” and get cheaper stay in future. Near the end we figured it was just a timeshare presentation ( they name it something else) that needs thousands of dollars upfront cost. The high pressure sales pitch ruined our day and it took close to 2.5 hours. In the end they gave some useless freebies like a tshirt and a bag with their branding. They also gave a free photo session which we did not use. Future guests, Please decline invitation for “member preview” stuff. It’s going to ruin a day of your vacation.

I’ve gone here every year for the past 6yrs. Sadly this was my last one. Check in lady was the most unwelcoming an gave any details or change in the property, for example this is an all inclusive but they now charge a room service fee, is not about the money was never informed. Then Ac broke, the whole time off my stay the elevator broke down, in order to work in one off them we had to push doors shut to go up was ridiculous to go through this. I’ve stayed in all inclusive nothing like this. Adrian $ Eli did there best at front but was just terrible. Never got my upgrade. Never got a king bed. It was my forth bday my group at check in order for the bday welcome for my room I didn’t get untill the afternoon before a day of check out. What make my stay great was Javier & Nancy by the pool servers. Amazing how they felt bad made sure my whole group was happy.

Su personal se percibe cansado y lo transmiten a la hora de atenderte. El personal empieza a recoger la comida desde 1 hora antes de la hora estipulada. Me tocó ver a varias personas en la noche y luego temprano el otro día en la mañana. La atención mejoraría si invirtieran en personal. Y desde que llegas todavía no dejas tus maletas y ya te quieren vender un tiempo compartido.

The elevator didn't work. We have to go up and down stairs, when i got there i was supposed to have a vip room and they changed it for a regular room. the food and the restaurants are good, the staff is kindness.

Noisy, elevators not working, very outdated in everything. The outdoors pools are ok but we spent all of our tike at solaris side which is spectacular and clean.

Better have singles and ready to tip at every turn. Otherwise you get the weird looks. Place had hundreds of laying beds so get ready to have no space just chill and get all the drinks to not care for any space - and bring all the change
