  • Come and experience the heights of the 15th floor in this centrally located and lovingly appointed apartment. Enjoy incredible 180-degree views, including stunning sights of Black Mountain Tower.

    Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 secure car spaces, the apartment is conveniently located close to shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, bus stops, Woden offices, and Canberra Hospital.

    The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, heating and A/C, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine.

    The main bedroom features a King bed, private balcony, ensuite, mirrored wardrobe, and amazing views. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, mirrored wardrobe, and beautiful views.

    The apartment is new, built in 2024, and offers lift access and two secure underground car spaces.

    Enjoy an impressive range of communal amenities, including an indoor heated pool, large sauna, gym, movie room, games room, ping pong table, BBQ facilities, and outdoor seating areas.

    The apartment is part of WOVA, one of Woden`s newest residential communities. Its prime central location makes exploring Canberra simple, with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and a movie theatre nearby. Bus stops are also within easy reach, and driving around Canberra is convenient from this central Woden location.

    A $300 refundable security deposit will be held during your stay. This is not an additional charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It will be released after checkout.

HIGHLY recommend a stay here. The apartment was a true reflection of the photos. The use of the pool and sauna were a bonus. Close to the amenities we needed during our stay. The view was AWESOME. Communication to access the car park and apartment were clear. Will stay again.

Convenient. Parking definitely appreciated, especially having room for two (despite initial confusion with numbering). Unit felt private. Tenants met in lifts and parking were all very polite and friendly. Great city views.

We were involved in a sporting tournament at the Phillip Ice arena and this was the perfect location. So close and the building had great recovery facilities with the pool and sauna. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious with everything we needed. The view was incredible and made down time a treat. The instructions for parking were clear and detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice apartment with a nice pool as guest amenity. The stay was generally good but a few things put a dent in the overall experience for future reference. The TV is a budget model and quite slow response and takes a while to choose options. A better TV will improve experience. The car parking spot is quite a walking distance to the lift which caused inconvenience. This is not something that cannot be improved unfortunately. The apartment has 2 air conditioning units in the main bedroom and living room which is great for those areas, but in summer, the second bedroom gets very hot and rather difficult to sleep. A fan perhaps can go a long way.

Property was just as it was described but obtaining the keys was awful, especially late at night while having two young children in the car. It was very hard to find a patk close by and then felt like i was digging around in the dirt for the keys as people on a Friday night were walking passed. Was not a pleasant experience. The apartment itself was okay buy our key fob didnt seem to work for the parking garage. The sheets and towels seemed to have a musty smell but everything else was ok. Communication between the hosts was not great. I replied back to them more than once with no reply to my questions. Not sure i would stay here again and mainly because of the keys.
