The residence redefines contemporary inner city living. A 2-bedroom apartment in this brand new architect designed apartment situated in the heart of the CBD. You will have access to lifts for easier check-in and check-out.

BEDROOM:
Your bedrooms have a queen-sized bed (bedroom 1) and a double sized (bedroom 2) bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linens. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

NOTE: Please do not bring food into the bedroom to help keep the space clean and comfortable.

BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, condition, toilet paper and body wash.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- refrigerator
- microwave
- crockery and cutlery

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. TV has access to all local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. Also, a sensational view to the northeast from the balcony.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES:
- Access to the building’s BBQ Area, pool, spa and gym throughout your stay.
- The BBQ area is located on Level 5, while the pool and gym are located on Level 3.

Please note that shared facilities are managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking any building notices upon arrival for the latest updates.

PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 2 cars.
Paid parking is available on Bunda & Allara Street.
The additional paid parking garage at Canberra Centre - time restrictions apply.

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

Your keys are located at the Canstay lockbox wall at 23 Lonsdale Street, Braddon (beside `On Lonsdale Café`)

I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

Ultra convenient location, footsteps away to Glebe Park and Canberra CBD. The central business district of Canberra is also nearby, as are an array of entertainment and dining options.

The apartment is an easy stroll to the lakefront. Walk the bridge-to-bridge loop, or take in a quintessential Canberra lakeside sunset. Heading out for dinner? Stroll through Civic`s restaurant strip, less than five minutes from your doorstep. If nothing grabs your fancy there, walk on another 5 minutes and you are in Braddon: Canberra`s home of good coffee, delicious restaurants, boutique bars and our own Bentspoke Brewery.

If you are in the mood to shop, the Canberra Centre is literally across the road. Canberra Theatre is a 2-minute walk, while the Australian National University and Parliamentary Triangle (with its national institutions, galleries, museums and government agencies) are both within a 5-minute drive. If you are self-driving, the apartment comes with free onsite secure parking. Otherwise, public transport is easily accessible and the airport is an easy 10-minute taxi/Uber.

Whether you are visiting Canberra for work or play (or a bit of both), this apartment is your perfect home base.

COMMON AREAS:
Level 3 - Take the left from the elevator. Needs a remote to access.
Gym hours: 6 AM-10 PM
Pool area hours: 6 AM-10 PM (NOTE: Pool is currently closed and is not available for guest use.)

NOTE:
- Food, alcohol, and smoking are NOT PERMITTED
- Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
- Glass items are not permitted near the pool. If glass breaks, the pool will need to be shut down, emptied, and cleaned, and the costs will be charged to the responsible guest.
- For safety and courtesy to all guests, strictly follow the designated pool hours.

Just note that due to COVID restrictions, there may be unannounced limitations on pool usage/closures.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
**Welcome — a few things to know before you arrive**

We want your stay to be seamless and enjoyable from the moment you book. Here`s everything you need to know:

**Booking Confirmation**
Guest verification is required before your reservation is confirmed (a local council requirement). Simply complete the process within 24 hours of booking — it`s quick and straightforward. Bookings not verified within this window may be automatically cancelled.

**Check-In & Check-Out**
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.

**No Smoking | No Pets**
This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.

**Leave It as You Found It**
Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).

**Registered Guests Only**
Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.

**No Parties or Events**
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.

**Families Welcome**
Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.

**Bathroom Matters**
We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.
