'The hotel is really nice and clean, comfortable rooms and a luxurious bath room. The breakfast is not worth the extra money, breakfast staff is not motivated, the choice is limited and only 1 cup of coffee is included. Breakfast room looks like a sportsbar, not cozy at all! '

'The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. 'This hotel is a real vibe - from the rooftop pool, to the Friday afternoon happy hour at the rooftop bar. The location is primo - right behind Howard Smith Wharves where there are plenty of dining and drinking options. Also close to Fortitude Valley and CBD - both in walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like was not enough lighting in the bathroom for makeup application. It’s very annoying when bathrooms are designed for form over function.'

'A lovely old fashioned hotel in the middle of Brisbanes busy shopping area . Only stayed one night so didn’t use the facilities in the hotel. The room had a washing machine and dryer which would have come in very useful if we had stayed longer. Staff were all helpful and friendly would definitely stay again '
