This flat belongs to a residential complex with beautiful and well-kept gardens, is located on the ground floor and has a lovely terrace with views to the sea and the large community pool which is available all year round.

The terrace is partly covered and partly sunny and is furnished, so you can enjoy al fresco meals at a table with chairs for 4 people enjoying the wonderful sea view and two comfortable deck chairs.

The interior of the accommodation is accessed through the terrace, providing access to both the living room and one of the bedrooms. The living room, spacious and bright, is connected to the kitchen by a breakfast bar, providing a very cosy atmosphere. The kitchen has all the necessary elements for cooking.

There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, which can be used for cooling in summer or heating in winter.

That said, it only remains for you to book your holidays in Majorca in this marvellous property only 350m away from the beach of Sa Rápita and very close to one of the most famous beaches of Majorca: Es Trenc, with its fine sand and crystal clear waters.
