« Staff wrongfully accused us of stealing a hair dryer without checking. Assuming is not a good way to run business, but facts and evidence does. Do not even think about accusing people unless you have grounds. Lucky that we already checked out before this happened. When family member came to pick up the bike, he was given an inconvenience, staff locked up his bike and was forced to wait. We will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it due to incompetent staff. To the owner, you...

« The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Positives: 24hr check in Location was safe and quite Decent aircon Negatives: -Out of 11 lights only 2 worked - balcony was full of cigarettes - bed was hard - house keeping came at 8am they would knock repeatedly (without stopping) to wake you up. So never got a good sleep as would have to wake up to tell them no. House keeping should be from 11am onwards - didn’t have a don’t not disturb signs - hotel stunk of cigarettes - Ants were everywhere...
