Cottages in Caminha

'Het huis is royaal van opzet: 4 slaapkamers met 2 persoonsbed. De keuken is voorzien van voldoende materiaal. Zwembad en tuin zijn mooi. Onderhoud is echter enigzsins gedateerd. Zwembad leek niet echt heel schoon. Gastvrouw was niet zelf aanwezig, vervangster sprak nauwelijks Engels. Daardoor geen duidelijke uitleg. Door alles op papier te zetten in een map in de woning kan dit worden verholpen. We waren 1 dag voor aankomst gewaarschuwd voor stinkende afvoer van wc’s in de badkamers. Dit blijkt...

'Our stay in this cute house in Portugal was truly fantastic. The house turned out to be much roomier than the photos suggested, which was a pleasant surprise. 'José very kindly greeted us. The guest house, located on his property, was very inviting to enter. His wife had baked a cake for us, and he had some fruit in a basket, water and a bottle of wine; which was very much appreciated. The location is about a 10 min drive to Viana do Castelo. We loved the location because it was quiet and felt very relaxing to be away from a city centre. While it wasn't beach weather while we were there, there are a few nearby that are well worth visiting regardless....
