The gîte is housed in a traditional Basque-style building, located near the owners' residence, and can comfortably accommodate 9 people. It comprises: On the ground floor: - a living room with a lounge area and relaxation space by the fireplace - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), en-suite shower room and toilet, opening onto a private terrace Half-level (6 steps): - a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer) and dining area - a lounge area with TV - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), en-suite shower room and toilet, opening onto a private terrace - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a single bed (90cm), en-suite shower room and toilet, opening onto a private terrace - a separate toilet Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) opening onto a balcony, en-suite shower room and toilet The cottage offers comfortable amenities and an all-inclusive package. The beds are made upon your arrival, towels and linens are provided, and heating and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Outside, you will have several private areas in the shaded garden, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is accessible via an external staircase from the cottage and a second ground-level entrance. The area surrounding the house offers a beautiful view of the valley and the blueberry fields of the 6-hectare property. Blueberry picking is offered in season. The central location of Cambo-les-Bains makes the XIXTABERRI cottage a perfect starting point for exploring the iconic Basque villages of Espelette, Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, and Ainhoa, enjoying day trips to the beaches of the Basque Coast (Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz), located 30 minutes away, and hiking trails.
