The property features 1 sleeping area and 2 shower rooms with WC. The main living space comprises a bright and tastefully furnished living and dining room, complete with a dining table and television available for hire, alongside direct access to a private terrace. The kitchen area is configured as a kitchenette equipped with 2 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. On the lower ground floor, accessible via a steep staircase, an open gallery hosts 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is important to note that this sleeping area is not an enclosed bedroom but rather an open-plan gallery space. The terrace is furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, providing a pleasant outdoor area for relaxation.
