BEAUTIFUL MEDITERRANEAN STYLE VILLA LOCATED IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 4 guests.

LAYOUT: The FRANCISCA villa is a mixture of rustic and Mediterranean style, distributed on two floors but we will only have access to the UPPER FLOOR. We access the villa by climbing a staircase from the garden, which gives access to an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs for all guests. Entering the establishment we find on our right a dining room with capacity for all guests and a living room surrounded by large windows and made up of an armchair and a three-seater sofa with a TV. Back in the hallway, to our left is the independent kitchen perfectly equipped with all the necessary elements to prepare perfect meals. Further on are the two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. We will also have at our disposal a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

EXTERIOR: Upon entering the property we have access to a large space to park several vehicles. The garden of the villa surrounds the house so it offers us plenty of space to enjoy and play with family or friends. The pool is surrounded by several loungers to enjoy the weather and sunbathe. A large terrace equipped with a table and several chairs to share meals are at our disposal at the pool level under an umbrella. In the glazed terrace on the upper floor we will find two armchairs and a sofa, an idyllic place to enjoy the sunsets.

SITUATION: The Francisca villa is located in the town of CALPE, a few minutes from all services such as restaurants and supermarkets but in a very quiet area. A few minutes by car we can enjoy the beaches of La Fossa as well as Cala Bassetes and Calalga.
