Our only regret is we didn’t book longer

First off, the photos don’t do this property justice. What a fantastic and spacious Villa. Ste is an amazing host with great communication throughout. 10mins by car from central Calpe, yet very private and quiet. A very well stocked kitchen ( appliances ) and great tech. It’s nice to stay in a Villa that is very well looked after by the host and guests alike. When we head back to the Costa Blanca we will certainly be trying to book here again if available as zero reasons to look for anything else. It was everything we hoped it would be and more :)

An absolutely fantastic villa

The very top end of holiday lets. The whole villa is brilliantly equipped and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. In fact we’re just wondering when! We had a few issues with our previous villa in moraira (which effectively left us homeless) and Ste was fantastic at helping us find a new property.

Beautiful and very well appointed accommodation. Comfortable beds and all amenities provided are top quality as described, pool and garden are very well appointed. We would highly recommend this villa. The host is prompt to respond to any problems and is very helpful.

Kommen wieder zurück weil alles Klasse war !!!

Alles hat 100% übereingestimmt. Tolles Haus und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Vermieter hat nachgefragt ob alles ok ist und wäre falls nötig erreichbar gewesen. Der Pool wurde zweimal die Woche gereinigt und alles überprüft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen das wir wiederkommen dürfen. Stefan M

Outstanding villa

We stayed for a week with our two children in mid-July. The villa is impeccable, well maintained and clean. The pool is great, the lounge very comfortable and well equipped to enjoy movies and sports. The town of Calpe and the beach is only a 5 minute drive away. The attention of the owners, great. The check in, fast and autonomous. Highly recommended.

Perfect outside and inside (perfecta por fuera y por dentro)

The house is perfect...impossible to get bored,: the entertainment equipment you find in the inside (perfect surrounding sound, cinema-at-home, PS4, netflix....) and the nice garden with the pool, the cool thatched umbrellas and gazebo makes from the place a pleasant area to rest....to play ping pong....to have dinner etc. Hause is carefully decorated and you have everything needed. The city of Calpe is very near (10-15 min) from Gran Sol area, which is very quiet So perfect stay and hard to say goodbye.

Brilliant Stay

Just to say we had a fantastic time at this villa, the technology made for some brilliant movie nights with the kids. The area was brilliant, Calpe is a stunning area. Stunning views looking out onto Calpe rock. Very quiet and private villa, I would highly recommend.

Wonderful time

We have just spent a week in this villa. As previous customers have commented the photographs do not do the villa justice. For us ideally located a 5 min drive from Calpe situated in a peaceful cul de sac. We walked into town a couple of evenings and followed the coastal path with great views taking around 2 hours, stopping off for drinks en route. We also drove in Moiria which took around 15 minutes and had a nice meal at Blue Waterfront which overlooks the sea. There are some wonderful restaurants in both Calpe and Moiria. Recommend La Vina de Calpe, a 5 minute drive and the less expensive La Regata on the seafront. It’s not usually our policy to return to the same villa but this ticked all our boxes in location and quality and we plan to return. For those with families, restaurants cater well and there are film evenings held on the beaches and an inflatable play park in the sea. Or of course there’s the bbq at the villa and a kitchen with every piece of equipment you could need!

Stunning villa

This villa is really amazing, it has everything you would ever need and more for a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The furniture in the lounge, dining room and bedrooms is all of a very high standard and extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped to cater for all your needs. The view from the master bedroom balcony is spectacular, you can see Ifach Rock, the town of Calpe and the sea beyond. The gardens and pool are very well maintained and when lit in the evening it is stunning. There are so many areas to sit in the grounds with an abundance of sun loungers, my favourite place was the naya, to sit there in an evening with a glass of wine - heavenly. My husband was thrilled watching the world cup matches on the huge projector screen. Calpe and nearby Moraira are such lovely towns with beautiful beaches and we will continue to come back to this area for as long as we can. My only complaint was that we had to leave and come home! I would like to thank Stephen for sharing his wonderful home and for all his help with any questions we had. I would not hesitate returning here and recommending it to others.

Sometimes you see pictures of places and when you get there and you feel cheated, not here. Everything you need is to hand the Kitchen / Barbecue is really well equipped , the lounge is very comfortable and there is an excellent T.V / sound system Three confortable bedrooms with plenty of storage space, and with the shutters down they stay cool. Outside the pool is of a good size and depth and putting the lights on a night gives the pool a new dimention Plenty of sun loungers and the table tennis was great fun With the sat, nav. it was easy to find , much easier to access from Calpe than Moraira but still a good base for both

Luxury villa

Beautiful villa over looking Calpe Ifac rock and the Mediterranean. The villa is situated some 8/1 minutes from the beaches or the old town. The villa is very well presented with pretty much everything you would want. The garden and pool provides a great place to relax and have a glass of some Spanish wine whilst waiting for the the barbecue. Overall a great place to holiday

Beautiful Villa with excellent amenities

The villa is situated a few miles out of town in a desirable area with lovely views. It’s very modern, and all 3 bedrooms have a bathroom. There is a fantastic terrace of the master room with stunning views - lovely to wake up to. 2 of the bedrooms are downstairs one with access on to the veranda. The living area also opens out to the veranda and pool area. It’s very private and quiet. The villa is well furnished and equipped with all essentials. The garden and pool area are perfect for relaxing and alfresco dining - a rare treat for us. We went for new year and the weather was amazing 🌞 Definitely need a car and views around are amazing. Beautiful Villa in a quiet setting we had a fantastic time.

The Villa was brilliant well appointed and superbly maintained by it's owner. We were on a family holiday with 4 adults and 2 children. The equipment in the Villa is great from the huge projectecd cinema screen to the multi lit pool and garden. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone as we all had a great holiday.

Lovely peaceful location

Spent 2 weeks in the Villa, very much enjoyed the standard of the accommodation and the facilities, we were blessed with some nice weather and because everything was so nice we hardly went out, just enjoyed lounging by the pool and taking occasional dip.
