« Perfect location and accomodations for our family of 3. Loved the king bed which usually isn't available at smaller houses in this price range. The quick beach access and roomy patio to clean up and dry off made trips to and from the ocean very easy. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facility had everything we needed and most importantly, everything worked. So often with vacation rentals we find there is a switch, or outlet, or faucet that doesn't work well or at all. None of that here. ...

« Great location. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was always cold (it had a “chiller” element). It was a perfect beach house, equipped with everything we needed. Can’t wait to see the finished outdoor area (under construction) next year when we return. Thanks Ashley for allowing us to stay and play at our favorite place! »

« We have been coming to Amelia Island for over 30 years as a family. Each house we stay in has its own unique style and comfort. Ebb Tide was beautiful! Thoughtfully decorated! The deck, open floor plan, and central location made this house perfect for our group of 7. I got married while I was there and we had the ceremony on the lawn overlooking the dunes. We celebrated and danced the night away on the upper deck. This house was perfect for our small group. We will be back! »

« The place is cozy and quiet for a small family and well stocked. The area is very nice with direct beach access. We had a small issue which was corrected when Michelle was notified. We would recommend this place for your vacation. »

« We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts put a lot of care and attention into making the space welcoming and comfortable. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. « Location is perfect. Waking up to the sunset over the beach while enjoying coffee on the balcony was definitely the highlight. The pier to the beach was right outside the back door which is very convenient especially if you have a lot of items you like to carry. The beach was not overcrowded. We enjoyed walking the pier and seeing the turtles nesting and rabbits hopping around in the dunes. The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking...

« Check-in was good, accommodations were good, bad was comfortable everything was clean, but they might have had a few more items in the kitchen, such as a few more pieces of silverware etc. It was fine for me but a family would find it very difficult to go more than one meal without washing dishes. Otherwise great I would stay there again and do so happily. Price was great and experience was great. »

« Gorgeous, stunning remodeled home, every detail is amazing inside! Just a quick two turns and you are at the beach, few minutes and you are strolling around the coolest downtown Marina area. Trees drape over the neighborhood, absolutely beautiful, feels like you are in another time. »

« The place was nice in general. However, the carpets were stained, not clean behind furniture, toilets were not working properly, and one of the shower heads had a little hole in it, it sprayed out when trying to shower. No curtains at the dining room or bathroom window. Overall we enjoyed Jacksonville, my old Navy home town. »

« This property worked out well for us as we were closer to my brother home and few minutes away from Sawgrass. We were total of 8 (2 families of 4). This is an excellent floor plan. All of us loved it »

« We had a wonderful stay at Casamar while moving our son into Jacksonville University. Check-in was a breeze in our little home away from home. Joseph was quick to respond and was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Casamar was very clean, had amazingly comfortable beds and a perfect place to enjoy coffee and river wildlife in the mornings (including dolphins). We were able to cool off in the crystal clear pool as well and that was an added bonus to the amenities! Thank you...
