"It was really great! Irina is very kind. She knows a lot about Madeira en what to do. Enola (her German shepherd) is also a lovely girl. We had an amazing stay. The house was clean and cozy. The location is not ideal if you don’t hire a car. But also not a problem if you have a rental car. Then it is very do-able We have no bad things to say about our stay!"

"Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en is zeer mooi gebouwd. Parkeren kan op eigen terrein of in de eigen garage zonder dat je steile beklimmingen hebt. Vanuit het huis is ‘s avonds de zonsondergang heel mooi te zien boven de Atlantische oceaan. Rondom het huis zijn zitjes gecreëerd zodat je altijd wel een geschikt plekje vindt. Vanaf deze zitjes is het uitzicht vrij beperkt omdat het gehele terrein omheind is met een muur/glas afwisselend hoog en laag. Jammer is het dat deze mooie woning niet echt over een tuin beschikt. De drie slaapkamers en drie badkamers maken dat het zeker ook een huis is voor meerdere personen. Op loopafstand vind je een supermarkt, restaurants en cafés en levada’s. Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie in dit mooie huis op een mooie plek."

"Verblijf was prima , wel paar puntjes ter verbetering, glaswerk/ mokken te weinig, iets waarmee je koffie kan zetten zou heel welkom zijn ( al is het een filter) De 3 zwembadbedden staan allebei op door zakken en is nog maar begin seizoen . De rest was prima , goede bedden , mooi zwembad, leuke overkapping ."

"Mooi hotel dat 9 jaar geleden opende. We waren net daar op hun verjaardag. Groot resortgevoel waarbij je wel een nummer bent maar dat geeft niet. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers worden tweemaal opgemaakt per dag (nog nooit eerder geweten) en er is altijd een snoepje of gebakje als verrassing. Ongelofelijk groot buffet van goede kwaliteit (ook glutenvrij) doch als je laat gaat, is er al veel weg en krijgen ze het niet snel genoeg aangevuld. Zwembaden zijn er ook knap hoewel dat niet ons ding is. Wil je meer dan het plebs (wij dus), dan kan je voor 80 Euro per dag je het premium gevoel laten aansmeren. Per persoon weliswaar… Dus rijk zijn helpt hier wel om de beleving nog intenser te maken. De lobby is donker en groot wat me heel koel en afstandelijk overkomt."

"Just skip this place, not worth it. Joao is not an unfriendly guy on the phone and he's flexible, but the place is damp and dirty. Not enough bedlinen and towels provided, took two days to deliver. Entry of property hard to find. WiFi only in one spot on the property (the shared activity room) for one device at a time. Frogs singing all night in a pond on the property, loudly (I liked it, but can be annoying). The jacuzzi is empty and dirty. Madeira is amazing though, absolutely go there. Nice fresh food. We met tons of genuinely nice locals, cool travelers and internationals who settled there and my god, the landscape, flora and fauna is absolutely stunning."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The view is amazing, we could see the ocean from the bed. We didn't book a room with a private 'outside', which I did miss a little but luckily they have created some nice spots to sit down and relax. The staff is very friendly and the food is very tasty. We had dinner there once and we really enjoyed it. We also liked the house cats. To get to the accommodation you have to go up a steep hill. The turn that you must make next is quite sharp. They have two parking spaces, so you can choose based on the direction you came from. Not a lot of traffic there luckily. "
